Welcoming our newest board member
We’re thrilled to welcome Leah Coss to Project Change Foundation’s board of directors.
Leah is the Co-Founder and CEO of Build a Biz Kids, a national charity helping thousands of youth across Canada build emotional resilience, self-worth, and future-ready skills through real-world learning. She’s also an identity strategist and speaker, with over 20 years of experience in business development, franchising, and building systems for scalable growth. Her strategic insight and entrepreneurial spirit have helped startups, nonprofits, and established organizations thrive.
Build a Biz Kids was proud to be a Project Change Foundation grant recipient in 2024, an experience that deepened Leah’s connection to our mission and the impact of our support.
“As a previous recipient of Project Change Foundation’s grant and mentorship, I’ve seen firsthand the value this kind of support provides to young but growing charities,” Coss says. “Joining the board allows me to pay it forward in a way that aligns with my values, and I’m honoured to be a part of the team.”
Leah’s strategic mindset and passion for purpose-driven work make her a valuable addition to the Foundation. We’re excited to collaborate with her as we continue to empower emerging charities across Canada.
“Leah brings a rare blend of systems thinking, entrepreneurial experience, and deep commitment to youth development,” says Joe Kelly, Project Change Foundation’s founder. “Her insight and energy will be a tremendous asset to our board and to the next generation of changemakers we support.”
